Lailo Lema is an author, artist, and creator. Above all, she sees herself as a storyteller who seeks to use various mediums as a way to craft narratives that explore our carnal nature. One of her recent short films, Anathema, explores where this interest all began. Something eerie has festered inside of her for a long time. It was something that she once feared and overtime grew much appreciation. A pull to darkness and desire, something many shy away from.
This pull has granted her the mission to touch anyone she can with this self exploration as well. The desire and hunger of desire and dread has called to many of us. But it is up to us to answer.
